Hello I had a severe headache yesterday from the evening from around 8 pm and then I ate my dinner had a piece of chicken and barbecues of beef ... then at 11 pm I went to sleep and suddenly I woke up at 5 am with my head banging ... so I took a paracetamol DOLO 650mg to reduce my headache ... as this kind of headaches always strikes me after two months or more than that for a day ... and even sometimes my headache relaxes when I vomit .... so when I took the medicine I started to feel vomit ... so as I vomited at the end I noticed some blood ... and until then I am very worried.... but right now my head ache is gone .... but worried what could be the cause of this blood in my vomit .... even in 1st week of November I had an endoscopy which was clear when I had little discomfort in my stomach....
I never vomit ....
did not experienced stomach pains after my endoscopy ....
Can vomit cause the blood of lungs onto to your throat ... ???
Please help

Because I have had chest pain sometimes from right side and sometimes left side of the chest ....so I thought maybe this could be also the cause of it ... but I did never noticed even a tiny shine of redness when I spit of phlegm ... but from past 20 I don’t have any cough .... just had this headache with vomit ... and some blood .... 🤢😞
Well I don’t know where this bleeding came from ... but I hope it’s not serious
Hello
You said you had been eating BBQ beef
Well BBQ sauce which I presume it had something like that on it once in our stomachs and then it is diluted can then appear a very similar colour to blood this could be a simple explanation of what you saw when you were sick a bit of sauce that resembled blood but as anxiety sufferers we go in instant panic mode
Also when we are sick we heave and this can sometimes break a tiny blood vessel which does no harm but can produce a small amount of blood if this happens
You have had all the tests done and they have all be fine , keep hold of that positive thought rather than the negative one's and on this one occasion I doubt your Doctor would be alarmed , the time when you maybe should get concerned if it was to be a lot of blood and happening on a regular basis , then you would need to speak with your Doctor
Try and take on board what people say to you as they have been there and know how it feels so their advise is good to take on board and slowly you will get there , you have to learn how to slowly change that negative thinking into positive thinking
So you could start with this post and you were in a panic , replies have been positive so exchange your negative thoughts for these positive ones instead
Remember anxiety likes control and how it keeps control is taking over our thoughts and making us fear , if we can change those thoughts the fear gets less , the symptoms do and it looses it's power of us
Aamir, I should think the exertion of vomiting ruptured a tiny blood vessel, don't you? No more than that. Not a brain tumour. Not something major wrong with your stomach. And NOT lung cancer. You're worrying about illnesses you DON'T have. Why not address the illness you DO have instead: anxiety? You can't cure an illness you don't have, no matter how hard you try. You can cure an illness you do have: anxiety.
