From 2 years I have been suffering from different symptoms

It all started with an abdominal pain with constipation dairhea had loose stools mucus ... Visited many hospitals to rule out anything but nothing found ..the pain was constant . Then after 2 months it vanished but my headache started .... In the back of my head .... did ct scan MRI but again clear ..... Then I suddenly felt nausea at ended up having stomach pain .... With this the headache disappeared and stomach ache was there .... Endoscopy and clear .... After that one ended another started like chest pain throat pain .... And sometimes the headache or stomach ache used to come back .... But from past 1 week now I am noticing pain in my testis and also feels like throbbing pain in my left side head when I stand up sometime goes to right side .... Even upset stomach .... Please I now wish I could have some ilness .. I am fed up .. please help me out ..is this anxiety or what?? Right now my head aches from lef mostly as some one strikes my head there and pain in my scrotum (testicle) I take every pain in my body as a cancer so please help me out I am so tired ... I can't do anything

Hey! If you have been to the doctor and checked many times then you have to trust them. I suffer from health anxiety myself and I notice anything with my body. I’ve had a lot of the symptoms you have . Stress can cause gastrointestinal symptoms and I feel like your stressing yourself out the most worrying about what ifs and what you could have. Stress can cause a lot of these symptoms you have yes it is possible that your own mind can do this to you. A lot of these pains and symptoms go away when I keep busy I realized and that helped comfort me knowing that it is probably my stress and anxiety causing this. I know it’s tough to find comfort but your not alone!

XxWil It is good to know what your wrote that stress can cause gastrointestinal problems. You seem to know your stuff. If you see my post under "nausea worse after eating a biggish meal", maybe you could give me your opinion please. Many thanks and best wishes!

Brother I have had this nausea feeling before and it is definitely the stress causing it ..... Don't worry too much .... I didn't used to worry too but now there too many symptoms like testicle pain headache and nausea are all together that's what worrying me .... And my testicle pain is 8/10 right now ...

That's why it doesn't let my mind rest and I feels like it is a cancer .. my headache and nausea has reduced but pain in testicle is too much ... 😓

OK bruv - don't worry too much - I once had testicle pain for two weeks and was convinced it was the big C (this was long before my anxiety disorder and gastrointestinal troubles). It went after a week or so. Get it checked out though if it doesn't go or the pain gets worse! By the way I also have (now) burning throat problems due to acid coming up - all part of gastroproblems caused by anxiety. However, maybe you could look at my post under "nausea worse after eating a biggish meal" because I would like to know why may nausea is worse after eating a big meal and still fear that it might be physical despite what the doctors say. Look I have had every problem through these two years .... Whether the

Abdominal pain 2 months (clear at test)

Stomach pain 3 months (endoscopy done clear) even had every symptom of cancer like acid reflux nausea loss of appetite but the doctor said you are fine ...

Headache 2 months ( ct scan MRI clear )..

Chest pain month ( xray ECG ) clear

Throat pain 5 months ( clear)

Even pain on my tongue , tooth gum but all fine . Every thing was fine at the end no sign.of any thing .. I used to convince my self that I have cancer .. the tumor is right here it hurts to press here .... Now before two weeks when my throat pain subsided after 5 months I first noticed pain in my penile for two three weeks and got worried as it hurted to touch my P .... Now slowly it was vanishing and the testicle pain started .... 😓 And now I am worried about it ... It's hurts to touch .. I keep pressing it to see is there any mass sometimes I feel it there but also feel that thing on my left also as the pain is on my right testicle...... I want to remove it 😭 .... The headache was strong for couple of days but now very low almost gone ... Please if somebody could help me out what to do?

go see doctor about your testicle. If it ain't C you will stop worrying and if it is - well it is not one of the worst Cs to get ( a friend had C of the testicle) and it is better to get it treated early.

I’ve had so many symptoms over the last year and tests have all returned normal. I think stress does cause these things. I’m trying to heal myself naturally with good food, walks, calm environment. It’s difficult as thoughts wander and I can quickly think I have a serious illness. Be reassured all tests are normal and be confident in the doctors assessment. Accept the symptoms each day and don’t fight them. Healing wishes

Pain is what disturbs me ..... Otherwise now if I may be having anything serious it won't bother me ... Because I am suffering these thing from two long years ..... And I can't live the rest of my life like this .... It seems a burden

Dude - I am new here, and just posted. My problems started in the same way as yours, and progressed in a similar manner - although I have no problems with my genitals (so far LOL)! Hope we get better soon. Good to know it aint our organs which are messed up!
