"Be grateful for the soul you carry."

I just came back from an acupuncture session. I love my acupuncturist. She's very spiritually minded and wise. At one point before leaving the room she said, "Be grateful for the soul you carry." This was the most lovely sentiment. The soul I carry. Like it's something precious. IT doesn't have anxiety. IT is not of my making. IT is in my care. This one sentence gave me a sense of purpose which was sorely lacking today. Thought I'd share it here.

That is a beautiful thought. Thank you for sharing.

It's amazing how effective acupuncture therapy is. Their Eastern ways of thinking go a long way for helping the Western minds. I haven't gone in a month and I can tell it's time to go back! My tire "got acupuncture" so I had to go to the tire store instead of my appointment, LOL. Been meaning to get back in because it truly does the mind and soul good. Glad it's working well!

yes..soul body and mind...

I love that. The soul is precious and in our care. I guess we kind of ARE our souls aren’t we.

JaynLa,Ive learnt that our physical bodies are like armour ,when we die we leave the heavy armour behind ,which serves us during our lifespan,by protecting our mind/phyisical body and the soul is light and liberated-and carries on forever.
