Hi!Well I am getting panic attacks. Like suddenly My heart beat increases , my legs become weak and my head becomes light it feels like my soul is coming out of my body and i feel giddy. Please I want to live a better life help me by giving solutions!

no, it just happened suddenly in evening I went to the doctor he gave me an injection then I felt good, but for next three days panic attacks still came. one day on Thursday in the evening it happened so strongly that I got hospitalized. And I Was there in I.C.U for a day and another 2 days in normal ward I felt better there . And when I was back home. For 2 days in my home I was good but suddenly after that the giddiness , chest pain , shortness of breathing everything happened again! Please I need some solution .
No past stress or anything that could be coming back or triggered by something? It's not nice though. I get them cuz I moved out of home n have had an awful time
Means now I don't take stress , but in my past life I had went through many challenges and problems now when I am out of the problems , this panic attack has come. Now after getting some information I am better but for sometime it is happening I am trying to get out myself from it and I am recovering a little now. But still is there any solution which would get me out from this forever?

Are you on meds? Contact your local Mind organisation they have great support. Go back to your doctor for more help. Do you have any coping strategies that can help you?

Has a Doctor recommended any medication? I also found CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helpful. Also try to figure out what might be causing it. For example I am female and found that around my menstrual cycle it would get much worse. Most importantly what worked for me was telling myself..you know what these symptoms are...they will not kill you and it will pass. So I would concentrate on my breathing, whilst constantly telling myself to calm down, and repeating my above mantra of you know what this is ! Understanding what is physically happening to the body to cause all of these horrible symptoms, eg: Adrenaline might help you get to grips with it. I hope you find your means of coping soon.
