Another day another panic attack

Hi I feel like my soul wants to leave my body.. My head hurts, my eyes are sore feel like I've got a brain tumour . So hard to concentrate on tv or reading as am in that horrible, horrible zone .. Just want to curl up and cry till the feeling passes.. Please help 😢

Charlie, I can't believe we are both going through the same thing today. Every one of your symptoms including not being able to concentrate on tv or reading. I did break down and cry earlier but that made the forehead pain and fullness worse. I am so sorry you are going through this today. I certainly understand what it is like. I'm

restless, are you? Everything I know about when this happens has gone out the window. It is so hard to believe it will go away. Of course, like you, I am thinking the worse. Please let me know when you start feeling better. I hope it is soon. Takecare.

Charlie, it's just about gone. After writing you, I turned to Utube and

listened to a 10 min Relaxation/Imagery by Dr. Henshaw. It calmed me down enough in making me feel better. I wish you well too.

Charlie, mine is back too. I am feeling extremely anxious (even after eating) as well as my head hurts, spacy. I am usually not like this in the evening. Wishing you well. This is crazy
