Endocronologist appointment was bad

They said there's probably nothing wrong with me pretty much. They didn't take blood or anything even though my TSH levels always come out high in blood tests. They said any test they did take wouldn't have accurate results because of the effexor and buspar so I'd have to get off of those first. I want too because they're definitely not helping. I seem to feel worse and worse every single day. More out of it and disoriented, the world looks weirder, my vision gets stranger and of course I am more afraid. The fear is so terrible. Every day I'm just completely consumed by fear. Now yet another physical reason has been ruled out for now. I feel doomed.

When you feel bad already then the doctors put you on so many different meds that actually make you sicker. I read side affects and find out the symptoms from the side affects are worse. I hear you hope you find relief

That is because I don't whant any anti depressant

My anxiety is worse

Only that I start the taken is a benzo and supplements

When you say your vision gets weird, what do you think it’s from? Anxiety can cause so much vision change, from blurriness to more visual snow (I get this 24/7), to even being light sensitive.

My TSH levels are a little high, too. It’s been brought up a few times but my T3 and T4 have been normal.

Are you worried about diabetes? And they wouldn’t test you?
