Your blood work came back good, and you should celebrate this rather than question the validity of the results. You already know your worries are only because of your health anxiety which causes you to needlessly worry about problems that don't exist. When health anxiety worries present themselves, ask yourself if these worries are warranted and I think that you will find that when you rationally consider the facts and use logic you will conclude that your worries have no merit and should be dismissed. Celebrate your good results! Be well.
