First panic attack in awhile. My mind is overwhelmed and consumed with all my health anxiety thoughts. I can feel my foot twitching through my shoe. I feel like I'm going to pass out any minute...so tired of feeling like this.

I’m sorry you are going through anxiety. I experienced anxiety attack just few weeks ago and I calmed down after praying and singing worship songs.

If you think anxiety is interfering with your life, try to ask help from your doctor. I pray that you will have peace you need and you will overcome anxiety attacks. I hope things will work out for you. Please stay strong. God bless.
