Are you feeling anxious all day or when you leave your home? When my anxieties surfaced I kept inside to the point I began to develop agoraphobia. It was a challenge battling this but I have made some huge improvements. I encourage you to see a doctor. Whether it be a psychiatrist if you’re seeking medication or a therapist if you want to go the therapy route. Both methods have been effective. In the meantime you can always search online for coping methods. Breathing exercises and guided meditation are very popular and effective. As for your anxieties in leaving your home, exposure therapy can help but this means you must force yourself to step out. It doesn’t have to be far but inch your way out further and further each day.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I understand, I've dealt with it my entire life. It's definitely a scary feeling when it first starts. I see a psychiatrist, and a counselor. I'm on meds but every day is still a struggle. If you can avoid meds that's great but if you need them, it's nothing to feel bad about. I'm actually having a very difficult time right now myself. Things that have helped me are deep breathing, meditating, talking to someone who understands and going for walks with my pup. I hope you're able to get some relief and just know you're not alone.

I know exactly how you are feeling it's horrible Yes there is a cure it's losing your fear of the physical feelings and relaxing That probably sounds impossible to you but if you understand what is happening to your body that it's only adrenaline racing through your body preparing you for Fight or Flight then you can start thinking in a different way It's uncomfortable but can't hurt you

There is a good video on YouTube Dr Explains Panic attacks by a Dr Barry

The DARE response book by Barry McDonagh is amazing or Self Help for your Nerves by Dr Claire Weekes Both available on Amazon

Lots of relaxation videos too on You Tube

Don't worry you can get well from this it seems overwhelming at the moment

All the very best you aren't alone 😊

There is a great book called “At last, A life”. I remember the first name of the autor: It’s David, but don’t remember his last name. You can look for it online or I can share it with you if you want. This book helped me a lot to understand what anxiety and how it works. You’re not alone my dear. I wish you the best.
