Am i worrying over nothing?
Lindsey, if you are worried about a breast lump, whether painful or not, by all means get it checked out. I’ve been there, and it’s extraordinarily scary, but better to be relieved that it’s nothing, or catch something early! Sending you strength! 💐🕊
I dont have any bumps, just soreness
First thing you need to do is see your doctor to relieve your fears. Sore breasts can come from alot of simple reasons. When I was 45 I went from a C cup to a DD in 2 weeks. Scared the Hell out of me. But my body was going thru a growth spurt. I didn't even know that was possible at 45. But it's very natural. So as long as you get checked and find nothing wrong. You should be ok. Xxx
Hi Lindsey,
I know exactly how you feel. I get breast pains as well but I've found that if I pay attention to my menstrual cycle it really is connected. Sometimes only one breast will hurt which really had me in a panic for years. Turned out for me it was all hormonal. Once I hit my late 30's my body started to change. I guess it's the beginning of perimenopause. My doctor told me to keep track on my calendar each month when the pain would start. Sometimes my pains would even stay through my next cycle. Everybody's body is different. Both hurting sounds more hormone related. As always if your in a panic you can always check with your doctor so they can ease your worries. I hope your feeling better!! Another thing is that if your constantly focused on the pain, your gonna keep feeling it when it's induced by anxiety. I found that as I kept busy, I didn't notice it as much.
I wouldn't worry about that, Lindsey. You're full of hormones at your age; you're still growing. Breast pain is very common. Before and during your period, drinking caffeine, sleeping on your stomach, even a bra that doesn't fit right can cause breast pain. If it were breast cancer, you wouldn't feel it in both breasts, and the women I've known who had breast cancer never had any pain. Please don't worry. This is so common at your age.
