Panicking over nothing

I just had an panic attack a think it was, I felt like a was going to faint there was no reason to it. It just came on has any suffered like this? What have tried that helps x

Unfortunately I have this happen quite a bit. My hands will go numb too. Darn panic attacks!

mine too wish it would go away cant stand feeling like this my face goes numb too and hands , hope u feel better soon x
