Is it a panic attack?

I have had several panic attacks in ranging strength, but recently I've been having different attacks. They typically happen at night.

My whole body will be shaking, my breathing only gasps if at all and my heart will be heating fast and the sound is blurred, these have been happening every night for the last 2 weeks!

These feel different than my other panic attacks.

* I have depression, anxiety, and moderate PTSD

Any idea?

Wow! Exact same thing happened to me last night. Couldn’t keep my legs from shaking so bad the bed was bouncing! Sweating, shaking, shallow breathing.

Mine was 100% anxiety/panic attack! Some of the sensations were new but I know it was bad anxiety.
