Since end of August after a fight with someome my anxiety has been triggered. I struggle feeling sick everyday I am making a list of symptoms. Tell me if you can relate. Plus I'm gonna take this list to my psychiatrist.

Symotoms as follows:

-head pressure/unbalanced drunk feeling

-everything looks unreal and dreamlike (derealization/depersonalization) I feel like the only feeling I can actually feel right now is fear/worry

-constant thinking about my health and imagining horrible illnesses.

-pain in upper right abdomen (not sure if related)

-waking up with heart pounding/feeling weak/jittery/sick to stomach most days and can't eat. Breathing trouble tight chest-

Just overall unhappy and unwell and scared :(

Went to doctors had blood tests that were fine and a ct of my brain which was also fine!!

Hello Chellybean, I am a fellow sufferer and have the same symptoms as you. That are caused by adrenaline. Anxiety sucks. The more you can simply ignore the symptoms, the sooner they will go away. Good luck x

Hi, I had and still have similar feelings. On Saturday I was walking for my job and with no warning got head pressure and a feeling of dizziness that lasted a few seconds then went away. Also right now it's hard to think of anything without worry mixed in with those thoughts. Like worry is my primary thought everything else is in the background. Then I have a little paranoia with cars that pass by me when walking as they look at me. Sometimes it's no big deal sometimes it feels like I can't stand it. Also I keep waking up at night so I don't want to get up in the morning. I'm at the doctor's office right now, and my blood pressure is higher then it should be. I'm being referred for testing.

Hi all you are describing is severe anxiety its frightening and you feel physically sick with it.but good news is it can be controlled you got to accept all the symptoms and try to carry on as best you can.see if doctor can give you a course of anti anxiety medication to help relax you and except the symptoms better, until you start to feel more relaxed and able to deal with all this.I have 2 mg diazepam and they relax me and calm my mind so I can think clearer.because you can't believe all these symptoms is just anxiety but it is ,I've had anxiety off and on for most of my life and I'm now 63.some weeks are hard but I'm living proof it does get better.hope this has helped you.

Try and except all it throws at you it will gradually improve try not to worry about your symptoms if doctor has told you its anxiety accept the symptoms and keep telling yourself its just adrenilan overload and don't feed it with more fear and worry.you are going to get through this and start to feel so much better.
