has anyone else had this and had to go the toilet around 30 times within the day? Felt ill last night with hardly any sleep and had fever, muscle aches, but now they’ve kind of gone but my stomach is in bits, been drinking a lot of water to to replace fluids, maybe it was just because I was ill

diarrhoea and stomach pain

It sounds like you had gastro. Rest up dude and keep up those fluids and electrolytes. Try the BRAT diet if you are up to eating food.
It sounds like you are sick with something. If I were you I'd go to the Doctor. I agree with your other replies, maybe gastro. Drink up PLENTY of water w/electrolytes and rest if you can. If I have a bout of the runs, I take Immodium AD. If it persists call your Primary Doctor.
Only been like this the last 2 days, yesterday worse than today and today less diarrhea but the stomach cramps are just as bad, have you ever had it really bad where your stomach hurts a lot and you need the toilet loads of times? I did hear immodium is good for it I think I’m going to buy some
Yes. I've had what you have now. I have really bad gastro problems. Your stomach is upset. I use Immodium AD. It's a staple in my medicine cabinet. Take 2 tablets when you first get the runs, and if it persists again, take another 2. I've sometimes had to take 6 pills before the runs stop completely. Get some Baby Ointment for your butt hole because it may end up being raw from all of those dumps. I wouldn't take more than 6 Immodium, if the runs still persist take 1 tablet after that if it still persists. Read the label. You don't want to hurt yourself with too much Immodium AD. I hope you feel better.
Could be the Novo virus it is very prominent in the UK at the moment. It can cause diarrhoea and stomach cramps in adults. Your doing the right thing keeping hydrated. You may also need something like Dioralyte i an oral powder that treats dehydration caused by diarrhoea. It contains electrolytes that replace salts and water lost when you have a stomach bug. If you are worried and in the UK you could call 111 for advice.
Hope you are feeling a little better today.
Glad you are feeling a little better
