Heart was beating slow, pulse was almost inexistent and after that a sudden adrenaline rush. What was that?

Well today was quite a day. Closer to the evening I felt unpleasant headache in the back of my head and I felt sickness( like I wanted to vomite) Checked my blood pressure and it was low. Went to make a tea, went to the room and then I felt like everything is getting numb inside me, I checked my pulse I could hardly feel it, heart was slower and slower and then suddenly it began beating faster and felt hot. Could that be due to stress and anxiety? Is it neurological?

I get the same feeling. In wondering what causes it too. I guess anxiety

Do you have headaches?

Yes everyday. It's pretty depressing. Can't seem to shake it with Tylenol.... ibuprofen... anything

Did you go to the doctor for MRI?

i have had this once and many times i even went tk the emergency room for it too its a very scary feeling i dont like feeling that way

Same with me. Went to emergency thought it was finita la comedia for me... It's strange taking in consideration that my health based on analysis is A+++

I suggest meditation and practice awareness. Somehow I believe it will make us calmer regarding matters
