so I went the drs and just got out they said lungs sound fine, obs are perfect oxygen 99/100 and blood pressure and heart rate are perfect, and to not worry about the slight chest pain or arm pain or breathless I get, everything sounds fine, would anyone go for a second opinion, can drs really know I’m okay just by listening to my lungs and taking my obs?

I have had countless amount of EKGs, exhodiograms in the past when something similar happened so they said it’s nothing to worry about, also if I went private it would cost a lot :/

Sounds like you covered it all. The treadmill stress test is good if you’re getting the feelings upon stressing or exercising. So that might be a good one to look into/ask about.

Anxietymadman the clue is in your name. You need to tackle your anxiety, if you have the all clear from the doctors then you should be aware that constantly seeking reassurance might feed into your anxiety. Of course if other issues come up certainly go and get checked out but i'd make tackling your anxiety the key goal (you might find that the physical symptoms go away). I highly recommend Dr Harry Barry as a resource drharrybarry.com/resources/ as well as Paige Pradko's YouTube channel.

Glad to hear. Try some deep breathing exercises when this happens to you and even responding to the physical symptom with a competing emotion; so excited to feel this. 🙏🏻

You sound like me in many ways ,every time I go to the doctors my obs are always smack on ,but I don't always trust the doctors if you are having chest pain and pain in left arm I would go to the hospital and get a full mot at least you would know if everything was definitely OK. Good Luck

I haven’t had it for 2 days the chest and arm pain now, so I’m thinking it’s nothing serious now

Just be careful, the signs of any chest pain with and arm ,I would get it checked out ,the problem is GPs don’t have the time to check you out fully always in a rush to sed the next on on the list .

I’ve had this in the past very similar symptoms, chest arm back jaw pain, done countless ammount of ekgs, echo, 24hr holter monitor, bloods, etc and nothing ever came from it, also early last year had same symptoms and had arm pain and chest pain constant, ekg found nothing :/
