hey all,

Do any of you do online therapy? If so what online therapy sites are good? Do any of the therapists online take insurance?

Thanks in advance

😊

Hi. I haven't tried any myself but Better help might be worth a try betterhelp.com

I tried betterhelp, it was pretty good BUT I felt like the two therapists I used were like completing their degree- if that makes sense. They were good, but they seemed to be inexperienced. In my area (albeit rural) there are several providers who do online sessions. In fact, I have a therapist in the same town as I am in that does my therapy online/virtually.
