How do you know what it feels like for your head to be bleeding internally? This must be all in your imagination

A brain bleed would either cause neurological symptoms, paralysis etc or severe headache.

If you're scared and freaking out and posted this on an anxiety forum, I think you can be fairly confident this is due to you being scared and anxious particularly if you've already had it checked out at hospital.

It’s just the bestvway to describe what it feels like, personally it’s a feeling of liquid running down the head but under the skin

Hello

When we have anxiety and unless you have it can make our imagination run wild and that is I think what is happening with you at the moment through the fear you are feeling

But be reassured that the hospital said it was anxiety and nothing else , I know we struggle believing what the professionals say but they are fully qualified to pick up on anything sinister and they didn't :-)

Are you getting any help with your anxiety , the headaches could be anxiety related so you need to speak with your Doctor and as well as talking to others on here that know how you feel see what treatment if it be meds or therapy can be offered to you :-)

Take Care x

Well you'll probably know for definite if you've had a brain bleed now. Did it happen?

If not, then this is further confirmation that this is your anxiety and imagination working hard.

Well at least you can be confident its your anxiety again rather than anything physical.

Working on controlling your anxiety would seem to be the best way forward.

See if you meet all the criteria for health anxiety and look at how to approach it nhs.uk/conditions/hypochond...

Thanks for the link , I answered yes to most questions! So I do have a bit of health anxiety.

Not just a bit, but you need to admit to yourself that you have the full thing and work on conquering it, rather than reinforcing it by raising other concerns about your health. This diagnosis covers all of your symptoms doesn't it?

Yep new symptoms rear their ugly head when you least expect it.

I have the same thing from time to time. That sudden warm wet feeling like like your head is bleeding. But their is no blood, no sweat or moisture at all. And I agree it feels like it is under my scalp on the inside somewhere. It feels like a sudden gush of blood.

My doctor believes it is a symptom of a migraine but they are running an MRI in case. The symptoms are like a minor stroke for me anyway except there isn't the muscle weakness.

It probably is just a migraine symptom. But it is not your imagination!

How did your MRI come back? Did they ever find the cause of that feeling?
