I am tired of the feeling of the all-consuming anxious thoughts all the time...I just wish I was free of them.

The Headspace app is good for helping with the thoughts but I often forget to use what it’s taught me when the anxiety gets too much. There’s a series on there specifically for anxiety and there’s a free trial but not sure if you can access the anxiety one without paying. It’s cost me about £40 for a years access
Well for me I just experience it so much that my body just gets used to it. I stopped feeling the anxiety effects. I don't suggest this though unless it is a last resort. But keep in mind, this DOES NOT mean jumping in front of a car every day. You should try accepting it or doing something to make that side happy without death related things plz....
