Has anyone switched from a tricyclic antidepressant to Paxil? My Dr. wants me off my Pamelor b/c of the dementia risk after 30 yrs. of use. He's weaning me off over a period of mos. Then he's putting me on Paxil. Has this plan worked for anyone? Kinda terrified. Thanks in advance.
