Hi all currently at work not had a break starting to feel sick which is setting off my health anxiety thinking the worst trying to calm down but not working

Just breathe and take a bathroom break make sure to say its urgent and then take a quick 10 minute “poop” break but just sit on the seat and do nothing at all but regain your control over your anxiety

Excersize
Diet
Sleep
Meditation
The list goes on but you must try them all and see whatxworks best for you
