There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there. Think of silver linings. In the worst times I would try to think of what God things may come out of my anxiety . Like I would thank my body for letting me know I needed to change something, take care of myself more, say no to things I didn't want to do, take time out - although the symptoms are horrible I'm thankful that my body just didn't give up. Keep pushing through. Although it may not feel like it now, you will slowly heel and things will get better.

Did they check your gallbladder , lab work etc ... including pancreas .. any imaging ? It sounds like abdominal pain is your main issue .. I am not sure it is related to anxiety . Find a good doctor and get it checked out . Any family issues with Inflammatory bowel diseases like crohn's or ulcerative colitis ? There are so many reversible and treatable causes of abdominal pain and diarrhea .. don't give up yet !

Definitely get as many tests done as you can to rule out anything nasty. A colonoscopy will see what's happening in your bowels. If it's ulcerative colitis you'd likely be passing blood. IBS is another one (stress/anxiety play a part in this too).

You mentioned the doctors told you it was anxiety? When I was first told I had anxiety I didn't understand at all. I didn't think I'd changed. I felt like me but just all these physical things were happening inside to my body, and they kept changing. It was horrible.

I have had these same symptoms with anxiety. I went to the toilet so many times and I found it hard to eat cause my stomach was always tensed. I lost 15kg. Then I was hospitalized for a week with stomach pains, migratory but usually just under my ribs felt like they were being torn. Lots of tests were done and they said mild/chronic gastritis (not sure how it can be mild and chronic at once - but whatever). Which is ultimately caused by stress. I had a stabbing pain in other areas too (works out that was unrelated (gluten was doing that).

Discuss your feelings with your doctor and see if they can run some tests to ease your mind.

Hope you feel better soon.

I am having similar symptoms. I have felt nauseous for the last three weeks with diarrhea and stomach pain. I take omeprazole for heartburn which seems to help some. I also got the anti nausea liquid from over the counter which is pretty harmless and does help. I do have an IBS diagnosis and anxiety makes it worse. I also think I am getting side effects to my vitamins, we will have to see. Are you on any meds or vitamins/ herbs because they all have GI side effects.

I haven't been taking any meds, the past three days I've been taking some natural tablet called viridian which has lemon balm and something else in it which is supposed to help

I had almost exactly the same symptoms as you. Feeling constantly sick, pain in stomach, pain in ribs, feeling dizzy all the time etc. I was sure there must be something more than anxiety but once I got that more under control those symptoms mostly went away and only come back when I'm feeling really anxious. I thought I had pain in my left boob but I saw a doctor about it and she said it was in my ribs, you should feel along your ribs and see if the pain is actually there, if it is then you probably have tight intercostal muscles or costochondritis which are both made a lot worse by anxiety. You should see a doctor though, it or my mind at ease a lot.
