Can't cope with health anxiety anymore

Hi all sorry it's gonna be long winded post. I am getting fed up of bowel related problems or not if that's the case. My bm's are all over the place one day I can go three times no problem then day after I struggle to have one then get stomach aches sharp pains down my right lower and lots of bloating which sets off my fear of appendicitis. Also started to develop intolerances that I never had which makes my fears worse also I smell cigarette smoke where there's no smoke anywhere which triggers brain tumour andl I get from family is stop moaning I have ran out of ideas on what to do and just sick of my life now just want it to end also end my suffering. Sorry that this post is a bit long just want to get it off my chest

Try the IBS site on HU. Also, you may want to see a gastroenterologist about your intestinal problems.

Head to gut. I wish that wasn't true but yep. I get a rush of anxiety and sometimes it brings on an urgency of diarrhea. Then after it's over it's 2 days if constipation. I use ibguard over the counter is natural to help with like peppermint oil. Hope you can find something to settle it down. Doesn't feel good at all and makes the anxiety that much worse wondering what's gonna come out next. Good luck and gentle hugs!!

It's like now got I bad stomach ache where the belly button is can't stand it

If nothing else eat 2 peppermint patties and sit down, should settle down the upset. But there is something in ibguard that numbs the stomach. If you walk around alot it gets the intestines moving so that's good if your constipated, but if you have diarrhea less movement is better. Let me think what I know Diarrhea= bananas, rice, applesauce , toast. Constipation=raisins, prunes, figs, bananas, apples, and applesauce.
