Is the ground moving?

Ever get that feeling the grounds moving when your anxiety is high?? Or am I just losing the plot?

When I have had panic attacks I had gotten get the feeling of the ground moving or me moving down into the ground.

No your definitely not Mark. i used to think i felt the earth drop. Used to think it was the start of an earthquake. Weird feeling isn't it? 😊

I too experienced this just before I was diagnosed. I remember being in Vegas in the Orleans hotel in one of the ballrooms and it felt like the floor would suddenly drop. There were lots of people dancing and I thought it was that! Crazy symptom, one of many!

Me too Mark! Just yesterday I was at a stressful hospital appointment and we had to park some distance away. Walking to the hospital, it felt like I was walking on rubber! It also stayed like that for hours afterwards too. Really awful!😢

Sorry to hear you are struggling too but at least we know it has to be a anxiety symptom if a few of us are having the same

Thanks, Mark. Yes - the symptoms are many and varied! Just like Jeff says - anxiety is the ultimate trickster!!!
