Moving when standing

When I am standing the place is moving and when i sit down my head get dizzy it is so scary. I have it for over 8 years and it is getting worse I all so have anxiety with it .a have been to the doctor over and over but it not going away. .

This is strange! What does the doctor say? Do you have fluid in your middle ear? Vertigo? I don't have any answers I'm afraid. Maybe you need a 2nd medical opinion.

The doctor said I have menires and I get panic attacks and anxiety when I go in the mall I get anxious .and if I going wide space the same time have the doctor give me prn to carm me down but I think I need some things more I am afraid to go out.

This makes sense. I think you need to understand what to expect from Miniere's. Then you probably wouldn't be so anxious. Do you understand that it's normal to be dizzy with Miniere's? That you could get nauseous or run to the bathroom? I think you need to get informed about this disease and you will feel better about the whole situation. Why not read up on it?

Have you been to an osteopath it maybe something to do with your neck? Also there is medication for dizziness and vertigo ask your doctor about it I think it's called stematil. Good luck I hope you find an answer x
