Yes of course others feel all those things, NewUserx, that's anxiety disorder. May I suggest you are falling in the trap of paying too much attention to your symptoms and not focussing on the cause: anxiety disorder due to over sensitised nerves which in turn is caused by the fear hormones you are releasing into your system.
If only you could stop producing fear hormones constantly you could break the vicious circle of anxiety causing symptoms causing more anxiety causing more symptoms etc.
These bad feelings aren't nice, we"ve all had them, but they aren't going to make you drop dead or make you rnd up in a wheelchair or send you mad. Anxiety does not have the power to do that, you have already experienced the worst anxiety can do, as BeeVee said recently there is no number 11 on the dial for turning up the volume on anxiety.
Oh yes you can! I know what you're thinking: you couldn't possibly stop yourself from feeling fearful. You do it by accepting all the symptoms calmly fir the time being knowing full well they are not 'terminal', just a bit of a nuisance which if you can 'accept' for long enough will go away. That's the story.
I know its horrible people keep telling me to concentrate on what causes my fear and try and sort that but I don’t know what my fear is, these attacks just keep on happening I can’t even relax anymore.
Yes, me. Fighting it all the time is wearing me down. I have medication but refuse to take it...yet. I am going ton try CBT counseling first. So far I've been able to cope with and control my anxiety, but yes, I am still very much "on the edge" all day and all night and can have a panic attack at anytime.
