anxious all the time
Struggling real bad today.. I can't even remember what triggered it this time.. anyone else have times like this
Yep all the time, I'll be doing something nice then all of a sudden I'll start to feel nauseous, and that makes me feel worse. I don't even know what triggers it, it just randomly comes on.
Yeh it's very similar to me. Once the nausea sets in it's like the cycle starts not a pleasant feeling at all!! How do you deal with yours
Yes I know what you mean with anxiety coming out of know where or what's triggered it.
I try and distract myself in some way .
Yeh I try with work but I find myself worse at work then I'm ok when I finish to a debree
Yes I know how you feel was doing really well the all of a sudden so anxious thinking irrational things not happy but hoping it will pass again so annoying because not felt like this for a lng time
Yeh I know that feeling of just praying that soon you will return to some normality.. I just love being happy and I think that that's what upsets me the most that I can't be?
Yes I always feel anxious Feeling , it happenes randomly or when I think of it because I hate the feeling it fears me so that what really triggers me to feel that way , I always feel like I can't really touch anything or else I'll have to grab something hard I can't stop moving , it sucks cause it makes my muscles tighten up
Yeh muscle tensioning is really common for anxiety disorders.. it's your body's natural reaction to a stressful situation.. how do you deal with it?
I try my best to not think of it & that's it all in my mind , I just had really bad anxiety at Walmart and my heart was beating so fast I couldn't stop moving , I tried not to get it too a panic attack
Yeh I've heard that the heart beating fast is a common one! I get really nauseated and just really paranoid.l during my episodes does this happen to you
Yes was felling so good there for a month then feel awful again so frustrated am not sure what's triggered me off again but it's awful thought these days where past me hoping and praying it passes once again
I know the feeling of waiting for it to pass.. it's such s horrible feeling isn't it.. I had an attack right in the middle of rugby today and it was so difficult
Does anyone find their anxiety is worse at certain times? For me it's manageable in the morning, then from 11am until about now it's uncontrollable. Now I can feel myself easing out of it a little.
I find mine to be worse sort of mid morning sort of midday time usually during work hours :s at home can be the same though some times
Yes cloud me I find it under control at night not great but a lot better than during the day sometimes a don't want to get out of bed with the curtains closed
I to have been struggling to get out of bed lately.. but only because I can't sleep at night when I'm supposed to
I am all the time too. I wake up in the morning and I am fine but then 3 hrs later panic attack comes and stays all day. I keep the Senerity Prayer hoping it will help.
My anxiety hits me first thing in the morning. My mind goes in to hyper drive. It's horrible.
I always feel better at night when I feel safe.
compaq1958, mornings are more difficult for many people including myself. It's the fear of the unknown. What the day has in store for us. Once evening comes, the body and mind settle down, adrenaline levels are lower and tiredness helps calm us. x
Mornings are the same for me too, I see my son off to school, then I just think to myself well now I have to get out, even up the shop or a coffee in Greggs, once the morning has gone I'm fine, so weird isn't it, I don't like doing it the other way round it feels too alien to me
Mumof347, it's the high cortisol levels that start early morning that feeds into our anxiety when we wake up. I use meditation and deep breathing before I even get out of bed. It does help.. Believe me we are not alone in this.. x
Hi ah ok that makes sense, I will try that thank you x
Interesting I'm always on edge in the morning and IBS is worse also. Is there any way of reducing our cortisol levels? X
I'm not to sure about that one hey? My doctor hasn't mentioned it to me. I shall ask him next week
I was watching a lady called Carol Vordaman on tv yesterday and she was telling the world how Depression and anxiety hit her hard out of no where and she found out it was the Menapause, hormones play a huge part for women as they dip really low and make us feel really bad. I am peri-menapausal so I think it is a big factor for me right now
My anxiety seem to start when I started the menopause in 2010!!!!
I seem to get really anxious about things I use to be able to do in my stride, like going to different place without stressing out and over thinking things.
Now I seem to be a nervous wreck about going to far from home.
I feel like my anxiety never goes away does anyone else feel like this? Ever since my first panic attack...
Someone, anyone , please advise or just help me put my mind at ease and tell me I am not dying any time soon...
visited the doctors multiple times and feel like I haven't been taken seriously even though I've Been told...
