I tripped again landed on my knees just now

My left arm took most of the impact though..it hurts obviously ouch ugh I hate being so clumsy

Ugh it’s terrible and annoying I feel like I can’t walk across a flat surface plus I feel like my monthly cycle makes me “more” clumsy does that make any sense?

Sometimes doesn't have to make sense, it just is. It really isn't so terrible and annoying, just down right inconvenient. As far as a cycle making one more clumsy, think it's just one thing more natural thing we deal with for a few decades. (Don't you wish men had to deal with it instead of us?)

You should have seen the expression on my service dog's face while we were walking, and down I'd go. A bit like "dumb white woman; she's going to make us go back and figure out what tripped her, and there isn't anything." xx
