I kicked anxiety ass. After 4 years in Google hell and trying everything I finally really started talking to my shrink.

He realized my panic attacks were not panic attacks at all! I was having seizures! They put me on Topamax and Paxil and got my life back!

Topamax for the seizures and Paxil for the anxiety. I still use adivan when my mother-in-law stops by every 6 months!

Im feeling fine today, gonna phone for an appointment tomorrow not sure how long I will have to wait to see a therapist docs said the waiting list can be quite long. They said I should get offered an appointment within a few weeks I really should of phoned sooner. Xx
