Are these anxiety symptoms?

My head constantly feels like it's flooded and a get quite dizzy. Also when I'm feeling nervous and a bit anxious my heart feels like it's doing all mad different beats as if it's trying to catch up with itself and missing beats?

Is this normal or should I get checked by the doctors. I feel like there's something wrong with my brain as my eyes are aching and I feel all flushed and choker

I have similar symptoms from my anxiety and was put on propanolol. It’s a beta blocker, so it blocks adrenaline. The side effects aren’t great, but I’m sure they differ for different people

Well it's definitely not normal, and yes I would get checked out by your doctor to find out what's going on to give you some peace of mind.
