# At last but not the least I would recommend you to exercise daily and try staying out of those nightmare thoughts. Think what all good things that you did in the past that make you proud and gain achievements.
Whenever you feel like anxiety or stress go out for a drive or to the gym. The more you stress and concentrate and make yourself busy those thoughts will slowly go off ....but will take time.
Check with a doctor and discuss about your digestion and gastric related issues as some of the above symptoms are related to stomach \in-Digestionm related.
I have nearly all of those symptoms only exacerbated by starting new drugs, I have to keep busy all the time, also suffering with stomach and digestive problems, (think this is also meds), but I will be going to the docs next week for some lansoperazole to settle it down. It really does get frustrating, just when things seem to get better there's usually something to trip you up. I know this sounds a bit cliche but time really is a healer, see your GP and take up some counselling, they will be able to teach you coping strategies and diversion techniques to help you on your way.
See your primary doctor to rule out any physical problems. If you are okay physically, see a therapist. You are not alone and you can cope and enjoy life. There are thoughts that made us feel anxious, we can control them (replace them with positive ones). There are books that can help. Use Google. You will not die before your time. Try not to worry about things that are not apt to happen (even though it could). Worrying will not change anything. I know this is easier said than done. I don't know if you believe in God, but praying helps.
Hi your symptoms all sounds very Familiar I often go very lightheaded and dizzy my heart beats very fast and I get a pounding pain in my chest
I have pins and needles up and down my left side of my body particularly my feet which often go numbthis can be scary as I generally automatically assume that something more serious like a brain haemorrhage or a stroke (similar symptoms)
I get pressure headaches at the moment he described my eyes can go fuzzy and I Have blurred vision at times!
I've put up with the symptoms for a good few years now and I'm now only just starting to take some steps to control anxiety!
Has anybody had CBT therapy and what do you think of it?
