soo i went up 4 stairs and my heart going super fast right now would could it be really bad i even got a mucsle spasm when i relax and sat in a chair when i got to the house now is still going fast i must admit i was nervous but now everything is going fast and all i keep thinking is cardiac arrest its a crazy feeling.

Maybe a panic attack. When I felt like that, I went straight to the hospital and they told me I was having a panic attack. Take deep breath and try to relax.

Because u r having a panic attack JohnnyIm sre ts settled now hadnt it?? T always does ,a struggling sick heart could not keep up the pace the way yours does when you panic.You have health anxiety, face it ,accept it Do something anout it and take control! seriously Johnny you expect a different outcome but keep doing the same ineffectual thingsTake yor meds. Seek counselling for yr anxiety attend a group , . in meantime when the next panic attack comes( and it will until you do something to take control ) get a paper bag ,carry it always.at start of your next panic attack gather it untill you just have a small opening through which to breath in and out.Hold it tight to your mouth make a seal with by pressing it closLY Around your mouth and breathe breath in and out of the neck keeping the seal as you breathe. until your breathing settles.Seriously ?johnny ur heart is fine you know that why is it you continue to question your diagnosis? Is it so difficult for you to accept you have u ncontrolled health anxiety? Do you think it means you are weak in some way? Perhaps you think it maes you less somehow? There must be a reason why you stay on this merry go round you are on?, You ignorie the fact that you have uncontrolled anxiety you then wonder why when u get panic attacks? It is the very definition of madness ,expecting a different utcome when you keep doing the same ineffectual thing over and over again! Take your meds ,I t will be an eyeopener fr you.Until you do something to help yourself. This is going to be your lot your lot.Go on johhny you can do this,
It sounds like panic, Johnnie. Your body doesn't have to have a reason to do it, it just happens. I think you'll be fine, but if you're scared for your life, take yourself to the hospital and let them give you a full checkup.
Try inhaling slowly counting to 4, hold your breath for 7 seconds and then slowing breath out of your mouth while counting to 8. While doing all this, use the tip of your tongue to put pressure on the ridge of your mouth right behind your top teeth. The deep breathing and counting help and keep your mind busy. It might take some try’s but will help if you do it daily.
