Help think am just going to die just now
Hi Maggie. I'm really sorry that you're struggling with this and know that you're not the only one.
What caught my attention was you mentioning the three little ones there with you. If you have another adult with you, take a moment to go back into the bed, lay down and restart your day. FIGHT your thoughts. Encourage yourself into healthy, happier thinking. Clearly, if you're afraid that something may be wrong, do not hesitate to go to the emergency room to get whatever confirmation you need that you're alright and feel no way about doing so.
If you're alone with those babies, and you don't think you need medical intervention, go grab your babies, lay them down with you (maybe pretend it's a game, if they're of age) and meditate (remove the negative with a positive to balance).
If you can't do either, you must work within your means of circumstance. Get the little ones busy, distracted as Mom takes a moment. Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up. Work towards not letting the sensation overwhelm. Thought replacement...thought replacement...positive mantra.
I'm sorry if my response is unclear in anyway. I'm multitasking...to help silence my own overactive brain.
I wish you strength and peace Maggie.
Just my opinion, but I think "fight" is the wrong word to use at the moment..fighting means more tension equals more symptoms.
I think you need to accept how your feeling at the moment..the thought of acceptance of how you are feeling will ease your symptoms and gradually lessen them over time.
I know it's all very we'll talking..but if you can plant a small seed in your mind big things can be accomplished,
Thinking of you.

Thank your just a bit hard am teying not to think about it and keep my mind active as doctors told me that but hard can anxiety make people think thay are going to die
I can totally understand what you're saying. I think I'm saying the exact opposite but both are useful tools. Acceptance helps one to come to terms with what's going on. Fighting it, is where knowing the difference between what's a mandatory part of the process, and what is not (the prison created by negative thinking to trap the mind) comes into play. Only the person experiencing the symptoms knows what's best. Considering what you said, however, I know that I'll be using the term "acceptance" a bit more myself.
Thanks for the insight.
