Wierd symptoms over a long period, is this anxiety?

Hi Ive been having some wierd symptoms over a longer period of time. The symptoms have changed over time but Ive been experiencing Fatigue, lightheadedness, sore throat for a long time, white tongue, low apetite, not feeling hungry, sleep disturbances and feeling kind of "off" in general.

My issue is that I dont know if this is symptoms of anxiety of being worried about them or not.. Ive been tested for thyroid, generall bloodwork and multiple other tests which all came back clear. In the start I convinced myself that I had HIV since i started googling the symptoms of it. Ive done testing for HIV now and its all clear and it came back negative after 3 months +. Any thoughts of these symptoms? Ive also been feeling somewhat dizzy and having trouble concentrating when for example playing games on my computer, its like i need to really focus to be able to play.

I have to say that my fatigue and energy levels started to go up when i started to do more things during the day. Now im seeing progress in that area, but i still struggle with the feeling of being off balance in my body as a total. All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I suffer from the dizziness symptoms quite bad, I went to the doctors and he said I might have Vertigo, he gave me antibiotics for the dizziness but I decided not to take them because they're not good mixed with propanol. He gave me exercises to do for vertigo and they have really helped with my dizziness

The first thing that popped up in my mind was Mono. I remember my daughter feeling like that at one time and needing to stay home from school and rest. Your doctor needs to do more testing if it's been going on 3plus months. I don't feel fatigue and sore throat have anything to do with anxiety, but that is just my opinion. 30 year sufferer of anxiety, had it all but not those symptoms.

I wish you well, I wish you some answers xx

I agree, but ive been tested for that aswell. I do tend to believe that me not eating enough has something to do with the sore throat feeling, because when i have days where i eat enough, i do not recognize or feel it that much. The thing that makes me believe its anxiety is that the symptoms seems to fade when im for example out having fun ,working or having a drink etc

Hey Nomis. There can be sooooo many reasons for your symptoms. Nevertheless, usually body toxicity may create great many symptoms, including such as your own. So, how is your diet? How 'clean' is your lifestyle in general? Start with some detox. Best is sauna followed by cold shower, that is a must. Better is infrared. Next, is there something that you can eliminate from your diet? Can you 'clean' it up a bit or a lot if you really want to feel better? Do a histamine test. Histamine is pseudo allergy. Read on it. You may not have alergies but may react to foods high in histamine, even common vegetables such as avocados, tomatoes, spinach or eggplant. Cured meats are high in histamine, etc. Crazy, right? Many symptoms may be alleviated by removing food items that are high in histamine. Good luck!

All your symptoms sound like anxiety and depression. your story is very similar to mine but I had a host of other physical symptoms. I ran all over to specialist for answers , hoping it was something they could just fix easy, but every test came back normal. I thought fir sure they were missing something, Finally a doctor told me that I was depressed and all my symptoms were from anxiety mixed with depression. To make a long story short I was prescribed and antidepressant medication that I was very reluctant to try. It took many years and after being recommend to highly skilled and well educated psychiatrist I gave in and tried an antidepressant and after some trying time of some side affects from getting use to the changes taking place in my mind, eight weeks later I was a different person. I was so happy and grateful. Every thing in the looked looked brand new vidid colors it was so beautiful . I was reborn at that moment and felt wonder for 30 years ever since.
