One quick question ? : so lately i have... - Anxiety Support
One quick question ?
Johnnie, I feel really bad for you. I truly do. You ask questions all the time but you never hear the answers. Your responses are always "yeah, but". If you aren't going to listen, why ask them? You already know the answer. You worry about your health constantly, but when you make appointments for tests and doctor visits to reassure you you're okay, you never keep them. You know you're not having seizures. Seizures are nothing like muscle spasms. Please, I'm begging you with everything I have, get help. Go to a therapist and talk over all you fears. Seriously, what do you have to lose? You're driving yourself crazy as it is. I understand health fears. I live with it every day, but I have to help myself before anyone else can. Only you can make this better. No one here is qualified to give you the answers you're seeking, plain and simple. You're only spinning in circles and making no effort whatsoever to break free of that. If you want to be better, you have to make even tiny little baby steps towards that. I hate being harsh because I really do know how you feel, but you never truly hear anyone's responses Johnnie. I hope you feel better and. I hope that this next week you'll take steps to help yourself.
Hi Johnnie. That's your anxiety, not a seizure issue. If you were having a seizures you couldn't be writing about it, you would be out of it and in a hospital. Been there, done that.
Consider taking your medication. May help.
Hi Johnnie, it is definitely anxiety. You're probably so tired and also probably keeping your muscles tensed up alot. Thats why your body is twitching. You should buy the Dr Claire Weekes audiobook and listen to it cause she'll help you understand what's happening and you'll begin to calm down. We try to desperately find out what could be causing all these strange symptoms and we go bonkers, but listening to Dr Claire really helps cause she explains it all. 🤗
yeah is that im new to this never went through this in my life so thats why i feel worried about it .
I know me too, we think we have some dreaded disease but we don't. Our nerves are just really, really sensitive. But believe me, order that tape on Amazon for about 20$ and it'll help. Dr . Claire Weekes will talk about everything you are feeling and then you'll calm down and believe that it is nerves. You have to rest more and drink lots of water and eat healthy foods. I feel bad for you cause you're so young. You'll enjoy life again soon! 😉
yeah hopefully i will but i been like this for a while like year
keep that in mind when your worried you have been like it for ages and nothing bad has happened, i have muscle spasms all the time too and especially if i stretch or yawn, keep hydrated and dont stress yourself out as your making your muscles work too hard ..drop your shoulders and stop listening to your head conversations is the best advice i can give you, when you start over thinking this may sound stupid but start singing to yourself or out loud depending where you are..good luck take care
been having twitches for 30 years, sometimes stress triggers them, sometimes too much caffeine and sometimes no apparent reason. In some occasions a little low on magnesium or hydration, but most times your body is just reacting to stress. When I first got them many years ago, started to worry about them and checked out the eighties version to google, and made them worse. I know it's not easy, but try to relax and don't worry and carry on with your life. Good luck.
Sometimes there are other causes as well as anxiety my twitches are because I am hypermobile; they are very common if you are double or loose jointed. If muscles overwork, they spasm. The same does apply if you are physially uptight.
They went through this last year with muscle twitches and spasms and the doctor of neurology finally told me it's not any of the crazy things I've been thinking it is and to get back on my meds and everything will be back to normal so I did listen to him and yes it did work then I got off my meds and after a while I started getting lately some muscle twitches a little bit in my hands and I called Again and I'm trying to do what everybody else is telling me to do letting myself no this is most likely anxiety good luck to you and God bless
