Weird Shaking/trembling

Early hours of this morning I kept been woken by a wierd trembling feeling through my body it happened about 5 times . But you couldn’t actually see me shaking . I was feeling sick and still feel really sick to the pit of my stomach. Any ideas please

Do you have any other symptoms? You might have the flu or have a cold. Are you feeling stressed out at all? Always good to get checked out or call your doctor and ask.

No don’t feel sick that way just real nauseous. I have a sick horse atm and he has me very worried
