I think I’m gonna have an attack... I’m feeling wobbly and my heart feels funny I can feel my heart beating. It feels like I can’t breathe and my hands are tingly.

How are you doing? Take a deep breath and try to get involved in some other activity that takes your mind off what your body is doing. Been there several times and it’s scary but it will pass. Hang in there.

Did you do the breathing like Speechpat and Natzsteveo suggested?

I can bet that while you were out shopping, you were not focused on shopping

but on how you were feeling. The minute you put your focus there, you start to notice

you are feeling weird. From there you breathing is no longer calm making you feel out of it. Bring your shoulders down away from your ears. That is a sign that you are holding

your stress. Shake your arms and hands and just breathe...Deeply and slowly, exhaling

long and slow. Also make sure you are hydrated. x

Yes that’s all I can focus on. And no I hadn’t. I am now though. Thankyou. Yes my shoulders were way up. And my chest feels uncomfortable.

You're okay now Believe that You are safe.

Leave the thought of what happened behind.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

Did you read RoxieDawn's response??

All these responses are for you to take to heart.

She's right in that not eating much as well as being

dehydrated can cause the physical symptoms.

Take it easy my friend. :) xx

I deleted my post thinking my advice was unhelpful, as after reading the last exchanges this was a call from her needing coaching.

I'm not sure but I can repost it if you think it will help.

I appreciate all advice. Please don’t think any is ever unhelpful. I may not respond quickly, but I love to see everyone’s responses.

Oh Roxie, never think that any advice we all give is unhelpful.

Each one of us puts in our own thoughts hoping that something

we say may be the answer they are looking for.

It looks like anon hadn't eaten much today. You were spot on

my friend. :) xx
