Im shaking on inside an out what is going on making me very anxious I hate this an legs feel weak yuck!

Shaking can be a symptom of a panic attack or just bad anxiety. Try and calm yourself down by distracting yourself with something, and try breathing slowly and deeply. Make sure you're warm enough; perhaps make yourself a hot drink or something. It will pass. Hope you feel better soon.

check what did you eat before you had it? or if you stressed yourself out?? any energy drinks? when you suffer from anxiety you should cut out caffeine/fatty food/fried

No didn't have any of that made self eat egg an toast felt some better but still there thank you just wish would go away feel a little nauseated

it is quite common for anxiety people to feel like nauseated, don't worry and don't think about it. drink loads of water and don't eat any chocolate/sweets.

hi i have had that feeling all day too not nice i have tried a little bit of food like you have you tried camomile tea it does work leave tea bag in cup gets stronger more effective try and have 4 mugs a day x

I hope you're feeling better now. Incidentally, a lot of this "eat this"or "Don't eat this" stuff can be very personal to each individual. Everyone has always said avoid caffeine, but I personally find that a weak cup of tea helps me enormously. It's like anything - you find out in time what your triggers are. x
