Shakes
I would get really bad episodes of shaking when I would have bad anxiety like I wasn’t cold just shaking but for me it kinda went away with time
Thank you just spoils my days. I try to work through it but makes my legs feel horrible as well.
This happens to me every morning, even though I don't have low blood sugar or low blood pressure. It is so overwhelming.. mine comes with heavy tired eyes along with a foggy/lightheaded sensation. It lasts for hours and slowly fades as the day goes on...
Thank you yes me exactly.
I usually find it hard to get up in the morning. If I have to get up earlier than normal I lie awake for most of the previous night as I am so anxious about oversleeping. It was worst when I was at university - I would wake up shaking. Just before I woke I'd have mini-dreams that I'd got up and dressed, had breakfast, and made my way to lectures - and then I'd wake up properly and find myself still in bed.
Hi Dorsey,
This is a bit late, but just come across your message.
I wake up shaking every morning, especially my legs. And I think this is what makes my legs feel kinda buzzy all day, my shoulders too and my stomach feels horrible.
I Kay on the bed later and just let all my muscles, especially in my legs just hurt and sting and buzz as much as they want, I lay there for about an hour. I feel safe laying on the bed...and after doing that I feel better for a while, yes it does come back, but I figure if I keep it up I will learn to not overuse the muscles shaking and maybe!! Relax a bit more.....hate the mornings just like you...I wake with a jolt and fear of another day like it kicks straight in....it's horrible..
Take care you are not alone xxx
