You have yourself some anxiety for sure. Mine is opposite. Peace at night and anxiety all day. You are going to genuinely be fine. Hard to believe at the moment but trust in me, this shall pass. Positive vibes going your way, Lauren85!
I get this vibration/buzzing feeling a few times a week. Always when I am resting. It is sooooo annoying but I have read it is anxiety and can’t hurt you. I take Propranolol for a Internal Tremors and Xanax for anxiety. I also lay on a vibrating/massage heating bad (lower back/abdomen area) which surprisingly provides a distraction for relief.
Yeah I used to get those feelings at night as well and I drink chamomile tea whenever I have anxiety to help me calm down a little and if the anxiety is bad I take a hot shower and make sure to not eat anything that gives you acid reflux at night because that will also cause your anxiety.
Oh I’m so sorry. I have felt this way a lot. Try deep breathing & distraction if at all possible. A support person helps me stay grounded during an attack.
had that loads of times...i won't say i got used to them but once i knew what they were it eased them and i could work on what the triggers were...i take the same medication and believe they have really help in combination with relaxation exercises and long quiet walks...good luck to you...john
I'd try and look into why you're ok at work and away from home but become anxious when you're there. Whatever it is isn't worth being in the state you are and isn't healthy so address it in what ever way you need to.
I have had that experience happen to me many times. What I learned to do as soon as I feel any sign of those symptoms, I start to take slow deep breaths inhaling thru my nose and out thru my mouth. Do it till you start to feel the symptoms dying down. Take a xanax when the symptoms start. After the breathing, go outside for about a 20 minute walk. You should be feeling calm a centered by now.
