Someone please help me

My throat is hurting and I don't know what is going on but I'm coughing up thick jelly like mucus and this has been going on for 2 months. I got choked on milk and it went down the wrong pipe and ever since then I've had issues with my throat. I don't know what it is supposed to feel like anymore but I'm always focused on it and it feels lumpy and I wake up with tons of this thick stuff in my throat in the middle of the night. My anxiety is extreme. I've been to two ENTs and a Gi specialist who have all scoped me over my throat and the GI says I don't have any reflux, the ENTs Both say I do. I'm scared because I don't know what's wrong and I'm feeling very hopeless on what is wrong. Some please help me. I've been freaking out over this since it happened and I'm worried I won't get this fixed. I've watched what I eat and lost 30 lbs and I raise my head up for sleep, I've took high doses of Nexium for the whole time. This picture is just a small amount of what I have coming up. It comes out in s huge thick glob. Anyone?! Helppppp 😰
