Over the last couple of days I have come down with a horrible cold/the flu but I'm not sleeping well which isn't helping, i keep waking up at 2 feeling very ill, either sick or unable to cough a d breathe! This makes me panic more and I end up convincing myself that I have a serious illness!! I don't know how to make it stop
