Severe Anxiety, getting help after years

I am 58 and always had some anxiety along w/other health issues. Over the past several years it started to get worse and worse with panic attacks. I did not talk to anyone not wanting to be a burden and thinking it would get better, wrong. Keeping everything to myself I believe made it worse.
