Health anxiety

Hey guys my name is Nicole I have horrible health anxiety it all started when I was had my first gallladder attack. I ended up having a bunch of tests done and my gallladder removed. Even before my surgery i was having chest pains. Rushed to the er and they didnt find anything wrong with me. Right before my surgery i convinced myself I was gonna die during surgery that something was wrong with my heart. I overcame my fear and went ahead with the surgery which i totally was freaking out before hand. I apparently didn't die because here I am now. But now I have random chest pains aches in my arms and I'll work myself up to thinking I'm going to have a heart attack. Ive always had anxiety but never like this. I worry about my health all the time. It's honestly controllng my life right now and i just wanna overcome it. Thanks for reading.

Yeah Same. Feels like something bad will happen to you when you feel some pain in your body. That happens to me all the time. I just posted regarding that health anxiety... dont worry you can go to your gp to make sure again that nothings wrong with you. I think thats part of your anxiety because youre stressed about your health...just relaxed and youll get used to it dont worry😊

I have the same exactly thing! Chest pains now for about 5 months and I’ve had every test imaginable done and I’m perfectly healthy. I also have gallbladder problems, read the posts on my wall and read the response comments. Feel better it’s just anxiety xoxo
