Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've posted! I wish that was because I had gotten better. I'm still having chest, left arm, left shoulder and lower left jaw pain. This has now been going on for a year!! On and off all day, every day!! Back when this all started I have multiple EKGs, chest x-rays, blood work and a stress test echocardiogram. All was normal. Doctors have no answers.
Does anyone else go through this?
Is it safe to let myself believe that this isn't heart related since it has been going on this long?!
I'd appreciate any advice!

Yes I have it got told it’s the nerves or muscles in that area with being tense a lot and nothing to do with my heart, still worries it’s my heart though.
I'd agree with Kelly. It is likely to be muscular related. Have you tried physio or gentle yoga or Pilates? And looking at what is causing you stress in your life - are you too busy, not getting enough sleep? I often get it if something is frustrating me that I don't feel control of.
I don't feel stressed or anxious until I'm in pain. When nothing hurts I feel fairly relaxed. I've done yoga, massages, ice packs, heating pads, physical therapy. I have shoulder and chest pain with certain movements but that pain isn't in the same places as my regular pains. I guess I'd understand it being muscular if it wasn't almost all day, every day for an entire year!! But then I guess the same can be said about a heart problem! I wouldn't think even that would happen like this every day for this long! So frustrated!
