Stopped Prozac like an idiot and started again

Oh my god , all I'm doing the past two days is googling every ailment , one minute I have a headache next I'm dying from mold exposure etc . I do have mold in my house but besides the point , my head is vibrating and feels full or swollen almost I'm getting hot then cold my chest gets tight then I feel like I'm not breathing right my sinuses are bothering me . Do any of you ever get like hot in the face ? I feel like I'm cracking up and going absolutely insane but I know anxiety can make you feel that way. I don't know whether I wanna cry or scream .

Yessssss I'm a mess today and for me to call out of work is a big thing cause I never do ughhh started Prozac two weeks ago felt good now it must be kicking in ans omg I feel like I'm on speed and emotions are all over the place. But Dr and my sis who is on it says it's slow acting ughh

I've been really stressed lately so that might be why but idk nothing will make it go away

Do you get wicked hot? One second I'm hot and next amd cold and so on. And feel like I'm in a fog or daze. Want to sleep but any little noise startles me and I jump.

I've been on it a few months . Then stopped it now I'm all anxious and paranoid . My face is hot and my neck

Ive been on for 2 years than stopped 1 year and now im back to it again... But i havent experience that even that i been on it 2 years...but stay strong and think it will get better... I wanted not to go back on medication but couldnt go out from home and was obligated to do so... But try without and dont think about that you have stopped that and what you going to feel... When i stopped i have take the bike for 2-3 hours everyday and run in the woods hearing music... Just to keep my brain somewhere else...

I work at a desk and it's too much time to think , I can't stand it . I'm paranoid of everything I always am afraid I'm having a heart attack or something I'm really stressed . It just doesn't stop

Everyone with GAD have that and me too...but take some free time and relax man...go run or do something else at least for some week otherwise we going to be on medicines all life

...i stopped working when i stopped medicine but unfortunately it come everything back after some months...

My whole thing anymore is I'm up SAST with my breathing like I do not feel like I'm breathing right and I have acid reflux which makes it hard to burp so that gives me more anxiety it's like does it ever it

Jmerrick, all these symptoms you describe are either caused by anxiety or maybe some are the side effects of coming off Prozac cold turkey if that is what happened. Either way you are in no danger, you are just frightening yourself half to death because you are bewildered by all these symptoms. The fear that you are bombarding your sensitive nervous system with feeds the beast creating fresh symptoms - and so the vicious loop rolls on and on and on...

Although at first take the symptoms you describe are upsetting in your heart of heart you know enough to understand that they are harmless. Nobody will be cashing in your life insurance any time soon.

So instead of giving way to bewilderment and panic learn to coexist peacefully with the symptoms of anxiety. Marvel at the ingenuity of sensitised nerves to come up with all of these tricks but whilst acknowledging they exist attach less and less importance to them.

The bottom line is that your nerves are sensitised 24/7 and you need to desensitise them by the time-proven method of Acceptance. Sooner or later you're going to have to read Claire Weekes' book 'Self help for your nerves' so why not make it sooner and gen up on the Acceptance method, it's far more beneficial than Doctor Google's House of Horrors!
