4years dizziness/feel faint

I was getting better a year ago.. and hit stressful times yet again along with doctor ripping xanax from me cold turkey I fell back into this dizzy rollercoaster ride.... I hate it so much if it left and I didn't feel faint and off balance everyday I'd feel amazing..... Anyone else have this ????? God this is a living hell

I'm dizzy the majority of the time . Always light headed . I've heard that dizziness and vertigo problems come along with anxiety , but I don't see how that is connected . It seems that anxiety can cause every symptom in the book . I will be praying for you and hope that everything gets better for you . We are all in this together . I am struggling with dizziness and nausea and spacey exhausted feeling. Some days are better than others but if it wasn't for this feeling I would feel pretty good. I feel off balance most days and I hate it. I was told to try amytryptaline to try to geT rid of this feeling but so far it's not helping. I have to up the dose to 10 mg though. Right now I feel like I am floating or on a boat meanwhile I am sitting still in a chair I just would love to figure out what this feeling comes from since for me it could be drug side effect, hormonal imbalance, inner ear stuff or continued anxiety even though I don't feel anxious.
