I feel like my head weighs a ton today. I've had dizziness all day as well. As much as I feel like laying down for the day I'm trying to get some housework done and be productive.

Dizziness head pressure
Hiya!
I feel like this all day everyday and have done for a year.its horrible isn’t it.
It’s like a weird heavy but lightheaded feeling for me.and it never goes.
Your not alone!
Have you spoken to a doctor about this? I’m suffering similarly right now and have been for the last 3 months. The doctor says it’s chronic labyrinthitus, which makes sense (I suffered really bad from vertigo at the start, and now the dizziness and unsteadiness just won’t go). I also have a headache like someone is pushing on my temples, everyday, and I feel quite out of it. My doctor was not concerned and says it’s stress, but after some pestering has referred me to a neaurologist. Ear related stuff can really mess with you; it can make you dizzy and give you head problems and foggyness, so might be it maybe? I would talk to your dr about this, but I wouldn’t worry.
Did a neurologist or ent diagnose you?
No, my GP did. I am yet to see an ENT, and I’m on the waiting list for a neurologist
Did you have any luck? I’m in the same boat started of with dizziness then anxiety/head pressure/ temple headaches/ pain behind the eyes. Been to the GP multiple times and I’ve been told it was a viral
Infection but still been a month and I’m dizzy/ feeling sick most days
Not a lot has changed yet. I’ve been meaning to go back to my GP but haven’t had the time (also I’m a little fed up now of having him fob me off). He just keeps putting it down to anxiety and a virus and his solution is basically “wait it out”. I should have my apppointment with the neurologist in the next few weeks and when I do I will update you with what they say. Getting these headaches and dizziness everyday now and have been since January, I’m so tired and run down with this all that I really need a solution!
I’ve had a few days where I haven’t had it now so I’m honestly convinced it’s anxiety. Once I start thinking it all starts but if I keep myself busy I tend to not think about it. I went to the GP and they said the band of pressure and dizziness is Sinus related headaches/ Dizziness is a inner ear problem. Best of luck👍🏽
That sort of dizziness has always been with me also, but coming and going. I have used meclizine (inner ear medicine) for many years, with a little relief. Since being diagnosed with MS, and this being a symptom I've had for 45 years or more, when it gets really bad my Neuro prescribes a run of prednisone and it goes away. My last episode was about 2 months ago, and after the medication, I now feel pretty good, with no dizziness at all. I have my energy back and can do most of what I want to do. You can get meclizine OTC in dramamine pills, usually near the sleep meds. You could give it a try on your own, and see if it helps you. The Rx may be cheaper than getting it OTC.
