so everyday i constantly feel faint, i am lightheaded and dizzy, its always when im standing, it feels like my eyesight goes very overexposed, my head feels funny like a rush feeling and emptiness feeling, and i sometimes get nauseous too. When im sitting down its not as bad but when im standing, the whole time no matter what until i sit down i feel like im going to faint. Anyone else felt like this constantly and know how to get rid of it or what it is?

Hiya. I occasionally get dizzy if I’ve been sitting down and stand up quickly, and sometimes anxiety when really high can make me feel like that too. I guess there can be many different reasons why this is happening to you. Pay a visit to your dr or nurse to get it checked out, it would help how you feel to be reassured 😊

Hope you feel better soon

Best wishes 🌺🌼🌺🌼 x

Hi Stephanxiety,

I get it all the time and have it that bad I can't go to work as I feel like I'm going to faint. My head feels weird like it's going to switch off if that makes sense? I have been living with this on and off for 4years now with no relief. I haven't been able to work for 7months now due to this constant lightheadedness. I have to lay down all the time. It seems to come and go now. I went to a physio to see if it was vertigo and get some treatment but she massaged my neck and shoulders which helped a lot. But unfortunately it's back again. I get eye strain as well which causes weird head feelings too. I hope you get some relief soon it's horrible and it's a common symptom of anxiety. Go to your doctor to get checked to make sure it's not a medical problem.

I have had this on & off for 4 years. Currently, sitting at work experiencing head pressure & heavy eyes. Head symptoms seem to be my main issue & they change in intensity from headaches, off balance/walking on a boat, head pressure, heavy eyes, brain fog. I have never actually fallen but I feel as if I might, it's a frustrating feeling. It does impact quality of life because even if I don't wake up feeling that way, I think about it & wonder when will it start for the day...thus beginning my daily vicious cycle & battle with Anxiety. I feel best when I'm laying down or driving. That's when I'm most relaxed. The best way to get over it would be to stop thinking about it & stop worrying that it is something bigger.... and unfortunately, that is the hard part.

I've been having similar issues for the past few months. I think it started last year after I had a vertigo episode. I haven't felt the same since then. I've had some medical checks done, and I'm healthy so it's probably just anxiety.

Have you checked with the doctor?
