does anyone else get so aware ...
I get this alot my gp told me it's down to my panic and anxiety I think stress and anxiety has alot to answer for and do agree it's so scary and at times when I talk to my gp I feel like what they are trying to say is don't be daft but they don't feel or experience this and it ain't nice I'm. Sick of feeling like I'm. Gonna die again this is my anxiety and up to me to control but I feel it's easier said than done what do u think
Do you take any benzo like Ativan
I think your paying to much attention and being hyperactive to every single thing your body is doing. I did that for a while and its not a good feeling. Understand that your body will always be doubt something and you are becoming way too aware of every single thing it's doing. I know its easier said than done but try to focus lb the people around you instead of listening internally. A support group is also a good way of getting help with coping with everything.
I used to do this all the time too...when I concentrate on myself too much or over-analyze things, I try to find something to do that requires my full attention to get my mind off of it.
So watching youtube videos, playing video games, watching a movie or show, exercise, playing a sport, hanging with friends or talking to someone, even eating gets my mind off of it because I have to take my attention off of it to concentrate on something else.
But just so you know, your heart won't stop because you're observing it. I know that you've probably heard that before a million times, but it's true. You're going to be just fine
Hey buddy... I hope the support helped even if its in a small way. Its the small battle that make the big difference. Always remember that. I'm always here. Just drop a line. When you feel alone know that I as you're peer am here you support you.
